The G. Jerome "Jerry" Wyckoff Environmentalist Award
Presented by Ryerson School to two students who have actively displayed a strong commitment to environmental issues,
and demonstrated an understanding of the need to preserve and protect our natural resources.

Pierce O'Hearn and Joe McGinnis

Pierce and Joe travelled to Trenton to lobby for passage of the Highlands Act. They also
both participated in Caring for Ringwood day in past years and Pierce does
River cleanups on the Pequannock each year always winning 'dirtiest volunteer'
for his ability to attract mud and dirt!
